We're still testing and monitoring server stability with Patch 9.0. So far, this patch has been very stable with very little bugs or stability issues.

The server will instead restart on Thursday, November 25th @ 6AM ET to accommodate Reckoning's Thanksgiving event. Normal Tuesday restarts will resume after the event.
