The test server is online

The test server is now up. The next patch is a ways away though because the AI changes coming in are a massive improvement, and changes are coming in everyday from SWGEmu. That said, if you want to check out the new changes with NPC behavior, its all on test now (as of the current merge). We're not in a testing phase at this point, so we're not taking bug reports at this time. This is mostly an AI preview. Once we get to a point where we're looking at a release candidate to live, we'll start active testing and taking bug reports.
